How to meditate?

Meditation means shifting your attention to your inner world and achieving the desired state (joy, peace, pleasure, love…) through self-awareness. It sounds more complicated than it is. In essence, through guidance from a practitioner, you discover inner peace and inner capacities that can help you with achieving your goals.

Before the session, we agree upon what you want to put your focus to. We invite those energies and dedicate our time to what you need most on a specific day. We also create affirmations to use during meditation and for you to use later during that and the following days.

During meditation you can sit or lie down, whatever you choose. It is important that you are comfortable, in an environment where you can relax. Meditation lasts about half an hour, and a whole session is about 40 minutes (including the initial talk). You can schedule meditations at a pace that suits you – it can be every day, every few days or once a month, and even without a regular schedule. Meditations are not recorded or repeated because every meditation is an expression of an authentic present moment. It is not necessary to have previous experience to meditate. Meditations are guided and adjusted to your rhythm.

Tailor-made meditations

Each meditation session is created specifically for you and your needs. There are no pre-made meditations, texts, or scripts. We deeply believe that every moment, every situation and every person is completely special, and that is why every meditation is unique. During the session, we activate supportive energies, allowing our bodies to take an energetic bath, contributing to the set goal.

Each meditation is different, and you can come up with a new goal, idea or need for every session. Our goal is to jointly create an experience that you enjoy, an experience that brings the energy you need, and that creates a change that lasts even after the session ends. The processes and changes that we activate during meditative work can last for hours, days, and sometimes weeks after the end of the session.

We recommend scheduling the meditation session at a time of day when it is most comfortable for you. Some people like to meditate early in the morning before they start their daily duties, while some like to meditate in the middle of the day, and others prefer moments of peace before bed.
