Sometimes we have a feeling that something in our life is not as it should be for us to feel good, but we cannot put a finger on it. At the beginning of therapy, your therapist takes some time to hear you explain how you feel and how you would like to feel for a change. In addition, we use the power of your expanded consciousness, which unmistakably knows what is bothering you and what exactly you need. Remember that even with the same problem, you and the next client do not have to have the same solutions. Everyone is unique, and that is why the solutions each soul discovers are different.
