Therapy for creativity enhancement

Let’s be clear at the very beginning – everyone has creativity, even those who claim not to have a grain of creative talent. They just haven’t met that side of themselves yet. Most often, that acquaintance did not happen because of fear – fear of one’s own self expression. We simply are not taught to investigate our creative power, nor are we directed to seek the expression of our imaginations.

The same fear appears in those who have had a very accentuated creative power (musicians, writers, painters, sculptors, etc.), but at some point, it “dried up.” When creativity occurs less and less often or it occurs only at times, it can be quite frightening. It’s as if a faithful friend and support have left you behind.

The creative process within human beings never stops. However, it happens to disappear from our observation radius. In those cases, it is necessary to find it again, that is, to direct our attention to where it is. This is why during therapy we conduct an internal dialogue that reveals the reasons why you lost sight of creativity, the messages it sends you, and what it takes to renew it. Stunning and almost miraculous processes occur during the “parts” therapy that we conduct in a state of hypnosis or high consciousness.

There are different conditions in which creativity agrees to return to the stage – sometimes it needs more order or attention, and sometimes it longs for disorder. Other times it asks you, the “owner,” to become more playful and less worried, and sometimes it requires relaxation. What surely kill creativity are fear, (self-) criticism, and too much concentration for long periods of time.

In therapy, we deal with identifying disruptive factors for the expression of your creativity, and we create programs to allow creativity to express itself safely in the future. If you want us to discuss your specific case, you can also schedule a free consultation.
