Reiki (trans. “life energy”) is a method of traditional medicine that has been approved by numerous Ministries of Health around the world. Reiki is used to improve health and rehabilitation, as well as to improve the quality of life. How many times have you heard yourself say “I have no energy,” “I ran out of energy,” or someone “stole all of my energy.” A Reiki practitioner allows that new energy can flow into your body, but also works with you to activate your inner capacities. This is to empower you to achieve the desired goal, whether it is healing, business success, improving a relationship, or relieving pain.
The positive effects of Reiki have been noted for improving quality of life, removing blockades and problems in areas such as love, work, interpersonal relationships, and finances. Most often, dissatisfaction in one area is directly related to a poor flow of energy in that area. Reiki quickly brings life energy into it. The second step is to empower you to renew the energy you have within you and actively manage the part of your life that was challenged.
Reiki can be received by everyone except for diabetics on insulin, those in a coma or under anesthesia, and those using a pacemaker. For a successful session, the client must rest (cannot work or travel at that time) and must be awake at the beginning of the therapy (with permission, dozing off is allowed).
